Job OpportunityPosition: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)Location: Fremont, CA; Castro Valley, CA; Ashland, CA; Cherryland, CA; Hayward, CA; Newark, CA; San Leandro, CA; San Lorenzo, CA; Union City, CA; Oakland, CA; Berkeley, CA; Alameda, CA; Albany, CA; Emeryville, CA; Piedmont, CAShift Details:Type: Day ShiftSchedule: 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekPatient Visits: Expected to see 5-6 patients per dayStart Date: ASAP (Compliance may take about 2 weeks)Job Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.Manage a caseload of home health patients while adhering to organizational productivity standards.Maintain timely communication and accurate documentation of patient progress and care.Utilize provided documentation tools effectively and return them upon completion of assignment.Requirements:1 year of preferred home health experience.Must hold a valid California State Occupational Therapist license.BLS certification required.Possess reliable transportation, with occasional travel of up to 50 miles between patient visits.Additional Information:Weekend patient visits are optional to help meet productivity goals.No on-call duties required.Locals and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.Any color scrubs are acceptable for attire.Free parking is available on-site.Skills:Acute Care, Activities of Daily LivingBiofeedback, Cardiac RehabilitationEdema Massage, Electrical StimulationFeeding Techniques, TENS, UltrasoundExpertise in managing conditions related to arthritis, hip and knee injuries, and prostheticsProficiency in use of functional and static splintsJoin our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering exceptional home health occupational therapy services.
