Lab Assistant / Phlebotomist Job Summary We are looking for a Lab Assistant / Phlebotomist to support our clinic team. This role involves working directly with patients, performing blood draws, and assisting with basic lab tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform blood draws and collect specimens Process and prepare lab samples Update patient information in the electronic health record Requirements Valid California Phlebotomy license At least 1 year of phlebotomy or lab experience Bilingual Spanish preferred Work Environment Onsite clinic setting with a supportive team and opportunities for growth. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
