Licensed Master Social Worker

Hybrid | Manhattan, NY Approximately 15% domestic travel A nationally recognized nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Senior Manager to join its Patient Education & Support Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about supporting patients and families, facilitating support groups, providing education, and helping expand access to critical healthcare resources. This is a newly created position with significant opportunity for long-term growth. What You'll Do Provide psychosocial support, education, and resource navigation to patients and caregivers in both English and Spanish . Facilitate virtual and in-person patient and caregiver support groups. Connect patients with community resources, financial assistance programs, and supportive services. Coordinate patient education initiatives, publications, and outreach programs. Develop educational materials and support resources in both English and Spanish. Partner with internal departments to expand outreach within underserved communities. Track program outcomes and prepare reports. Support patient education events and represent the organization at conferences and community programs. Maintain accurate documentation within the organization's database. Assist with budgeting, program planning, and special projects. Qualifications Required Active LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Minimum 5 years of social work or behavioral health experience Experience providing direct psychosocial support to patients and families Experience facilitating support groups Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism Preferred Hospital, medical, oncology, or other clinical healthcare experience Experience within a nonprofit or healthcare organization Experience with CRM, EMR, or clinical databases (Epic, REDCap, HubSpot, etc.) Case management or patient navigation experience Why You'll Love This Opportunity Hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote) Newly created role with opportunities for professional growth Extensive training provided (oncology experience is not required ) Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and families navigating serious medical conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
