Internal Medicine Hospitalist | Daytime Schedule | No Nights | Tallahassee, FL

Outpatient regional medical center in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a dedicated and board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join their expanding team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a true 7-on/7-off block schedule with no night coverage required and strong support from subspecialists and advanced practice providers.

Position Overview

The incoming physician will provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients, admitting from the emergency department and managing hospital-based cases in collaboration with subspecialists and APPs. No procedures or night shifts are required, allowing for excellent work-life balance. The hospital has a physician-friendly culture, supportive leadership, and a low-turnover environment focused on physician autonomy.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. or international medical program

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Florida medical licensure

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
