LSK121 Oral Prosthetics is seeking a full-time Order Processing / Administrative Assistant to join our growing high-end dental laboratory team in Naperville, Illinois. This position plays an important role in supporting communication between our laboratory and dental offices across the country.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls and assisting dental offices
• Case entry and order processing
• Preparing shipping labels and UPS shipments
• Tracking cases and delivery updates
• Invoice support and administrative tasks
• Coordinating with internal departments
• Packing and shipping completed cases
Qualifications:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
