Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Assist with patient assessments and document findings in medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Assist with case management and coordination of patient care
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the facilities leadership
