Leasing Manager

Role Description The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Smyrna, GA, responsible for overseeing leasing activities and supporting overall property performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full leasing cycle, from marketing available units and conducting property tours to processing applications, preparing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration. The role involves monitoring local market trends, contributing to pricing and marketing strategies, and maintaining strong resident relationships to support retention and satisfaction. The Leasing Manager will collaborate closely with property management and maintenance teams, maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and regularly report on occupancy, leasing metrics, and resident feedback. Qualifications Experience with leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate lease records. Knowledge of property management operations, including resident communication, maintenance coordination, and occupancy reporting. Ability to conduct market research and analyze local rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies. Demonstrated skills in resident retention, including customer service, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement activities. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members. Proficiency with property management software and basic office tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets).
