Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Campus Classics is a long-standing leader in fraternity apparel and licensed merchandise, working directly with national headquarters, student leaders, alumni, vendors, and customers across the country. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team member who enjoys helping people, managing details, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced apparel and e-commerce environment. Role Description: The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will help manage the full customer experience while also supporting the daily operations of the business. This includes customer service, administrative tasks, inventory tracking, receiving, ordering, purchase orders, vendor communication, and coordination between our sales and production teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will play an important part in helping customers, orders, inventory, and internal communication stay accurate and on track. The coordinator will also help identify process improvements, support peak seasonal demand, and uphold Campus Classics’ service standards and brand reputation. Schedule can be discussed based on availability and experience. We are looking for someone who can work consistent daytime hours during the week. Pay range: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Spanish and English language skills are a plus. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Respond to customer questions through email, phone, and our customer service platform Help customers with order status, product questions, sizing, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional customer experience Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and internal organization Help manage inventory records, stock levels, and product availability Receive incoming inventory, supplies, blanks, and vendor shipments Check received items for accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders Assist with placing orders for apparel, supplies, and production materials Create, update, and track purchase orders Communicate with vendors regarding order status, backorders, substitutions, and delivery timelines Work closely with the sales team to support customer and custom order needs Work closely with the production team to ensure materials and inventory are available for upcoming jobs Maintain accurate notes, records, and internal documentation Assist with resolving customer, inventory, and order discrepancies Support the team with special projects, events, and seasonal order volume as needed Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Administrative support Inventory management Receiving shipments or checking in product Apparel, retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Google Workspace Order management or production systems Sales or production support The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and able to follow through on tasks Comfortable managing multiple priorities A strong written and verbal communicator Proactive and willing to jump in where needed Comfortable learning new systems and processes Able to problem-solve and ask questions when something does not look right Comfortable working with order details, inventory counts, purchase orders, and vendor information #J-18808-Ljbffr Campus Classics
