Solutions Specialist - Bound Tree Medical - Western, US

Overview Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets. It is also the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within EMS. Responsibilities This is an outside sales opportunity covering the Western half of the US. The ideal candidate will reside near a major airport. Summary: The Solutions Specialist, working with the Account Manager, will call on EMS agencies, Fire Departments, and other health-related organizations in an assigned territory. The role focuses on maximizing customer value by integrating Bound Tree’s services and solutions, uncovering pain points, providing demonstrations, and communicating the benefits to decision makers. Organizational Impact This role supports a customer base that relies heavily on Bound Tree, influencing the company's success and future strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Achieve sales and installation targets. Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Service Providers to target qualified prospects and deliver value. Manage complex sales cycles. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales activities. Analyze reports for customer opportunities and territory development. Create sales campaigns. Represent Bound Tree Medical at trade shows and conferences. Skills/Experience Required At least 3 years of successful solutions selling with documented achievements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer relations skills. Ability to educate, influence, and tell compelling stories. Strong financial and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to interpret professional and regulatory documents. Competence in writing reports and business correspondence. Ability to analyze customer data and figures.
