We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Attorneys to join our growing Family and Matrimonial, Labor & Employment, Trust & Estates, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law practice groups in our Albany, New York team. Duties & Responsibilities: In this role, attorneys will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients across a variety of matters, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and client service. You will: Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care Develop case strategies and manage cases Compensation & Benefits: Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary 100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees 100% employer covered premium health insurance for all basic plans Free dental and vision coverage Two weeks vacation and one week of paid sick leave Additional week vacation off after 18 months of full-time employment.
