Cleanroom Production Operator / Assembler

Location: Indianapolis

Shift + Pay: 1st- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)- $18/hr

2nd- 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)- $19.75/hr

3rd- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)- $19.75/hr

We are seeking detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Operators/Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products using written work instructions, operate production equipment, complete required documentation, and perform quality inspections in a highly regulated cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized procedures, and previous manufacturing or assembly experience.

• Assemble simple and complex products following work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Operate automated assembly equipment.
• Complete production documentation and process records.
• Package and label finished products.
• Perform quality inspections using checklists and established procedures.
• Read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform data entry related to production and quality activities.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.

• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and documentation requirements.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
