OpenShift Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (not just administration). Proficiency in Kubernetes concepts (Pods, Services, Deployments, Operators). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD) and GitOps practices. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python) and YAML for configuration. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement containerized application solutions on Red Hat OpenShift. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for OpenShift deployments. Create and manage Helm charts, Operators, and custom resources for application lifecycle. Automate build and deployment processes using OpenShift features and DevOps tools. Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and ensure best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance in OpenShift clusters. Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in containerized environments. 3B Staffing LLC
