About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for leading our interdisciplinary team of caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our facility's high standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that all aspects of care and services are delivered in accordance with our high standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including those related to quality of care, patient rights, and safety.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the care and services we provide to our residents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of caregivers, including nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care and services.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with our residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.
