Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' unique mental health challenges and strengths. \n
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and specific interventions based on client's needs and progress. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and adherence to treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to safeguard client well-being. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation that reflects client progress and complies with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to enhance clients' therapeutic experience. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
