A well-established skilled nursing facility in Norwalk, Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, knowledgeable RN leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and developing a strong nursing team.

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Maintain high standards of resident care and clinical quality.

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching and education.

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.

• Participate in quality assurance, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives.

• Foster a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the facility.

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Long-Term Care (LTC) leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

• Experience with state surveys and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
