Why join us? 401(k) and Profit Sharing Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Generous PTO and Paid Holidays, plus half day Fridays Collaborative Work Environment: Weekly lunch and learns, CEU sessions, and monthly wellness initiatives, all inside a office built for connection with light filled workspaces, a fitness center, an on site cafe, and even a putting green Meaningful Projects: Work on educational, civic, healthcare, and commercial facilities that make a real impact in the community Growth Focused: Continuing education support and the chance to learn directly from senior architects and industry leaders Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead construction document preparation alongside the Project Manager Coordinate documents across internal staff, consultants, and contractors Handle construction administration tasks, including shop drawing and submittal reviews Conduct code review and ensure documents meet compliance standards Apply strong knowledge of industry standards, construction methods, and building systems Utilize Revit at a high technical level throughout the design and documentation process Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents Lead and mentor a team of architectural designers and drafters Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or equivalent, advanced degree is a plus Active California Architectural License Minimum of 7 years of architectural experience Strong proficiency in Revit with proven work experience in an architectural environment Effective communicator and team player Proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers and drafters Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
