Position Summary:

Performs three or more entry level position tasks including accurate, appropriate, cost effective, high quality assembly and distribution of food, operation of service equipment, and set up of patient, cafeteria, physicians lounge areas. Prepares enteral feeding for patients including infants. Cleaning and sanitation including ware washing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Demonstrates ability to accurately receive and store requisitioned food and supplies.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow standardized recipes according to HACCP standards.
• Demonstrates the ability to demonstrate proper sanitation practices when cleaning equipment and areas.
• Demonstrates the ability to produce forecasted and special tally items accurately, no over or under producing.
• Demonstrates the ability to serve patient foods accurately and safely according to standards.
• Demonstrates the ability to accurately provide patient floor stocking and record keeping to the par levels established.

• Prioritize and multitask.
