Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
• Maintain vendor records, handle inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
• Support the preparation and reconciliation of AP-related accounts and financial reporting.

Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to manage financial data with precision Proven proficiency in spreadsheet software, especially Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Experience with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Prior experience performing reconciliations and handling audits Knowledge of vendor management and invoice dispute resolution Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable or financial administration Other Requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Willingness to assist with additional administrative tasks as needed Ready to make a meaningful impact?
