Delta Locum Tenens
Specialty: Nurse Practitioner General Surgery Hospital Location: Atlanta, GA Setting: Outpatient Start Date: August 3 Responsibilities Perform general surgery cases (highest priority) Provide care in orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, ENT Manage approximately 90-110 scheduled non‑urgent cases per week, with occasional overruns beyond 6 or 7 pm (no overnight call) Schedule Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with possible rotating weekends Patients per shift: 10 Support Staff Operating room team: surgeon, scrub tech, circulating RN, CRNA Requirements Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia No call scheduled EMR: Epic ABOUT DELTA LOCUM TENENS Delta Locum Tenens (DLT), the locum tenens staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies physicians and advanced practitioners on behalf of healthcare facilities to provide short‑and long‑term coverage.
