The ideal candidate will thrive in a high acuity surgical trauma environment and work closely with a diverse patient population, including surgical, gunshot, and paraplegic cases. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to high acuity surgical trauma patients
• Collaborate with Nursing Support Techs, phlebotomists, and night shift unit secretary
• Manage a patient ratio of 5:1
• Participate in nurse handoffs with ED nurses and the admitting unit

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty
