Role Description The Director of Business Operations will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization. Responsibilities include streamlining business processes, managing financial activities, evaluating performance metrics, and ensuring effective program delivery. The role also involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and leading operational improvements to support the organization’s goals. This is a contract position and requires on-site presence at the New York, NY location. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Operations and Business Process Improvement Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving Experience in Finance and the ability to oversee budgets and financial management Demonstrated expertise in Program Management Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) Previous experience in educational or non-profit organizations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Center for Performing Arts and Dance
