• Hands on manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Effective written & verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills
• Above average attention to details and be concerned for correctness of work
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate various manufacturing and furnace equipment as required
• Work at different workstations as required, or shift from one station to another, during the manufacturing process
• Maintain safe and clean work environment
• Monitor to ensure the furnace equipment is running and safe.
• Perform regular cleaning maintenance as required.
• Complete appropriate data entry as directed, prepare shift summaries as requested
• Responsible for quality of work
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Complete assigned tasks on time and to required specification(s)
• Perform additional duties within the broad scope of the job
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment.
• Overtime as required.
• Follow the standards of ISO13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, and 1 year manufacturing experience
• General mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic math skills
• Orderly and responsible with tools.
• Basic computer skills
