Emergency Medicine Physician

• Schedule: 24 hours of physician coverage daily; nights required
• Job Setting: Emergency Department with 12 ED beds and 5 Fast Track beds; patient volume of 24,000; EMR: Cerner
• Types of Cases: All requested privileges on delineation of privileges (DOP)
• Credentialing: Must be BC within 5 years of Residency; will accept AAPS/ABPS Boards

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE in EM, FP or IM
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS & ATLS required if NOT ABEM boarded
• Licensure: Active unrestricted NC medical license and DEA with NC address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5; CSR if needed per state
