Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF / LTC, Contract, 5x8 Rotating Position Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Wyoming to work in the specialty area of skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long‑term care (LTC). This contract position involves rotating 5‑hour shifts operating on a 5x8 schedule with a focus on incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into daily job performance.
