Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you‘ll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active state license in Florida required to start.
• Previous management or lead clinician experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules and caseload distribution.
• Experience with patient care evaluation, outcome measurement, and care coordination.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic data reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers.
