Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Care Associate on behalf of a retail client. This role blends product consultation, order support, and floor operations for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solution.

Responsibilities

● Greet customers warmly and create a positive in-store experience

● Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email promptly

● Recommend products, including specialty and spec-driven items

● Process sales, build quotes, and manage custom/special orders accurately

● Take payments using POS, cash register, and inventory systems

● Track stock levels and coordinate transfers from a secondary location as needed

● Keep customers updated on order status and delivery timing

● Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked sales floor

● Support daily operations and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

● Prior retail, inside sales, or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced setting

● Strong relationship-building skills

● Friendly, dependable, and motivated

● Comfortable learning new software and POS/inventory systems

● Strong verbal and written communication

● Organized with strong attention to detail
