Role: Nurse Extern PRN Float Pool Assist nursing staff by performing delegated patient care services and supporting daily activities of patients. Provide compassionate, holistic care while respecting patient rights and dignity. Communicate relevant information to team members and document patient care in electronic records. Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a safe, organized environment. Current enrollment in an accredited RN nursing program; can be considered after first semester or as a CNA in first RN semester. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 30 days of start date. Ability to perform higher-level procedures upon competency achievement. Additional Information No prior experience required.
