As our Manager, HR Operations, you will keep our Human Resources department running smoothly every day, partner with leaders across the organization, and help shape an exceptional employee experience from first hello to every milestone along the way.If you enjoy solving problems, building trusted relationships, and making a real difference in a supportive, mission-driven environment, this could be the perfect next step in your HR career!What You'll DoManage the daily workflow and operations of a dedicated, collaborative HR teamServe as a trusted partner to department heads and managers on workforce needs, policies, and HR mattersManage and approve staff evaluations and assessmentsPartner with the Vice President, Human Resources to bring our people and talent strategy to lifeSupport recruitment, onboarding, and a warm welcome for every new team memberGuide performance management and employee relations, escalating sensitive matters to the Vice President, Human ResourcesReview performance and conduct concerns and recommend appropriate next steps, including separations, to the Vice President, Human ResourcesBe in charge of our HRIS, from system administration and data integrity to reporting and user supportTrain staff on management and supervisory programs that help our leaders growTrack HR metrics, share insights, and champion ideas that make our processes betterHelp keep our practices compliant with employment laws, policies, and recordkeeping requirementsQualificationsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience; HR operations and HRIS experience is a plusPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong HRIS skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeIntegrity, sound judgment, and a deep respect for confidentialityPhysical DemandsRegular standing and sitting for long periods of timeRegular use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and standard office equipmentAbility to move throughout our facilities and visit departments and work areasAbility to lift up to 15 pounds at timesWhy You'll Love Oneida HealthJoin a welcoming, community-centered organization where your work truly matters.
