HR Leader for AI System Evaluation

Role Overview

Build high-fidelity evaluation tasks for AI systems used in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. This work reflects the organizational scale, compliance requirements, and workforce-program scope found at large companies.

Assignments may focus on a US standards track, including Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law, or an International track, including the UK Employment Rights Act and EU labor directives. Professionals qualified in either or both tracks are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits design.
• Develop tasks across recruiting and talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance and employment law, and organizational development.
• Design scenarios involving enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools including Radford and Mercer.
• Apply workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee-relations investigation methodologies to the applicable US or International standards track.
• Produce reference HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and organizational design proposals.
• Write scoring rubrics that differentiate sound senior-level HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-exam recall.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Experience at a large organization as an in-house VP or CHRO, or at an HR consulting firm such as Mercer or Korn Ferry.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency with HR tools and methodologies, along with practical understanding of employment-law compliance.
• A recognized professional credential is strongly preferred, such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an international equivalent.
• Prior rubric-writing or training-content authorship is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $70 to $80 per hour.
