Senior HR Professional for AI Evaluation

Design evaluation tasks and assessment materials for AI systems that operate in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design at scale. This role creates realistic HR scenarios, reference outputs, and rubrics that reflect the judgment of senior HR leaders, calibrated to the compliance stakes and program scope found in large employers. Work is organized on two legal tracks, a US track and an International track, and contributors may work on one or both.

• Construct HR scenarios across talent acquisition and workforce planning, employee relations and performance management, and compensation and benefits design.
• Build tasks targeting recruiting and applicant screening, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance and employment law, and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios that assume use of common enterprise HR tools, including HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford and Mercer.
• Apply HR methodologies including workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation to a chosen standards track, and produce reference HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and organizational design proposals.
• Author rubrics that differentiate authentic senior HR judgment from textbook recall or certification-exam level responses.

• 5+ years of experience as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company, or comparable experience at an HR consulting firm such as Mercer or Korn Ferry, or as an in-house VP or CHRO at a large organization.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency with HR tooling and core HR methodologies, and a practical understanding of how employment law compliance operates in practice.
• A recognized professional credential is strongly preferred, for example SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an international equivalent.
• Prior experience authoring rubrics, training materials, or assessment content is a plus.

• $70 to $80 per hour.
