Job Description Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned property portfolios. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules. Process owner funding requests and distribution requests. Manage mortgage wire transfers and ACH transactions. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis. Assist with annual audits and financial reporting requirements. Ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant. Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Utilize property management and accounting software to support daily operations. Contribute to special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of property accounting experience in multifamily real estate. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or TOPS. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
