Senior Oncology Account Manager (Carolinas)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Carolinas to drive territory sales of varegacestat, a targeted oncology therapeutic in desmoid tumors. The role combines field-based sales execution with cross-functional collaboration to establish the company as a trusted partner within the oncology community.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales objectives for varegacestat aligned with national brand strategy
- Develop and execute territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call strategies
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders in desmoid tumor care
- Deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers
- Track activity metrics and business results using CRM tools; partner with cross-functional teams on market insights
Requirements
- Proven success in oncology pharmaceutical sales or account management
- Deep knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and sarcoma specialists
- Ability to build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
- Track record of achieving territory sales goals and executing business plans
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams
