Acquisitions Analyst

Rapidly growing family office in New Jersey with a very diverse portfolio is looking to add to their investment team as they experience tremendous growth. Job Function Conduct due diligence on portfolios, including property valuation, assessment of redemption likelihood and potential foreclosure outcomes across multiple states Build and maintain financial models to evaluate expected yields, returns, and risk across individual and bulk portfolio acquisitions. Analyze high-value opportunities and strategy considerations ahead of sales. Perform property-level research to identify red flags Track portfolio performance, redemption timelines, and key deadlines, maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases. Collaborate with finance and asset management teams to build forecasted vs actual models across our portfolio acquisitions Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics or other relevant business discipline Minimum two years of financial analysis, valuations, acquisitions or commercial real estate experience Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously Attention to detail Strong work ethic Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
