Senior Business Analyst

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a vibrant team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformative projects. Your expertise will help enhance business processes and align technology solutions with critical business needs. Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and document both functional and non-functional business process requirements.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses to ensure platform capabilities are maintained and enhanced.
• Manage and uphold requirements through the entire project lifecycle.

Skills include:

• Strong proficiency in gap analysis and effective documentation of business requirements.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; proficiency with Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills that enable clear articulation of ideas and solutions.

Preferred skills include:

• Knowledge of financial products and systems within the wealth domain.
• Familiarity with SQL for crafting data queries and performing data mapping.
• Experience with tools such as Big Query, Miro, or Draw.io is advantageous.
