CNA or HHA certification Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Current CPR certification Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of caregiving experience Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia TB test completed within the last 12 months WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? As a Caregiver, your day will be centered on helping clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes. You will provide compassionate support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care while building meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation. You'll also provide attentive care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, helping create a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life. This is a non-skilled caregiving role focused on enhancing each client's day through dependable, person-centered support. This is a part-time position serving clients throughout Northwest Indiana.
