Physical Therapist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient clinic team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. While this position is primarily inpatient-focused, we highly value experience in outpatient travel, sports medicine and therapy, orthopedics, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Therapy and more. We are seeking both a Senior level Physical Therapist (8+ years of experience) and an Associate Physical Therapist (2+) and salary will depend on level of experience. Responsibilities: * Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an inpatient clinical setting. * Utilize evidence-based practices to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. * Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. * Educate patients and their families on exercises, recovery expectations, and long-term wellness strategies. * Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment. Qualifications: * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT minimum) * CPR Certified or ability to obtain * Prior experience in inpatient care at a minimum required * Ability to handle a full patient case load with the support of PT staff * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be able to directly work with patients with out any physical limitations (push, pull up to 50 pounds)
