Stand Out Home Care is looking for individuals across Arizona who are already providing care to someone they love — a parent, grandparent, sibling, child, or friend — and want to get paid through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)program.

We are only accepting applicants who already have someone they’re caring for. This position is not for those seeking to be matched with a client.

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist with the daily care of a loved one in our home. The ideal candidate will have a kind heart, a strong work ethic, and experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and emotional support

• Help with mobility and transfers

• Transportation to appointments (if needed)

Requirements:

• Direct Care Worker (DCW) Training program (we will help to obtain)

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Reliable transportation

• Clear background check

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
