WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

Complete assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Communicate with residents and families

Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred

New graduate RNs encouraged to apply
