Admin Supply Chain Manager
Epic Personnel Partners is hiring an Admin Supply Chain Manager to support supply chain operations in a distribution center. This role tracks warehouse appointments, inventory transfers, and containers moving between ports and distribution centers. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using reports and internal systems to keep work on schedule.
What you’ll do
- Monitor daily warehouse appointments, delivery date requirements, and capacity at each distribution center.
- Track transfers through their final destination and verify that warehouse-to-warehouse transfers are prepared and received within seven days of the request.
- Track containers from the port to the distribution center and through their return, including time on site and related charges.
- Update container tracking reports daily and flag loaded containers that have remained at a distribution center for more than five days.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, including reports on items with high inventory.
- Communicate with warehouse, appointment, and local operations teams to resolve issues and keep information accurate.
- Complete related administrative and supply chain duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate with team members and management at different levels.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Spanish and English bilingual skills preferred.
Work environment
This role involves extended periods of sitting and work in a distribution center with varying temperatures. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the role.
