Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current SLP license for the state of New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Strong background or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Experience providing therapy in healthcare or clinical environments a plus
• Skilled in in-person and/or teletherapy delivery methods
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer evaluations and conduct individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and communications
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as necessary
• Utilize both traditional and technology-based platforms for therapy and progress tracking
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging therapeutic environment to maximize student success
