Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; oversee day-to-day clinical operations in the patient care area.
- Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to implement the plan of care and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress, maintaining accurate and timely records in the medical chart.

Requirements
- OR nursing experience or demonstrated ability to work in the operating room setting.
- Ability to work Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, in a hospital environment.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 08/31/2026.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to professional standards.
