Emergency Room RN Job Details Location: Northampton, MA 01060 (Massachusetts nursing jobs) Assignment Type: Locum tenens, travel nurse contract Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ER) Start Date: August 31, 2025 End Date: November 29, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM, 12-hour day shifts Hours per Week: 36 Rotating weekends required Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880–$2020 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) CPI or MOAB certification required Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Proven ability to provide clinical care for all age groups: pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting Triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs Perform ongoing patient assessments, immediate interventions, and discharge education Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Interact effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds, intellectual levels, and physical abilities Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team as a Travel ER RN in Northampton, MA.
