Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Salary $55,000-$60,000 Position Summary Manufacturing company near Gurnee is seeking a customer-focused professional to support order management and provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Process customer orders and quotes accurately in the ERP system. Verify pricing, inventory availability, and order details. Monitor backorders and provide customers with status updates. Process returns, credits, and RMAs. Maintain rebate information and customer records. Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve order and fulfillment issues. Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or order entry experience in manufacturing. Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and high transaction volume. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
