Rehab Occupational Therapy Required skills: acute care experience (level 1 trauma experience), strong communication, desire to work in a variety of patient populations. OT - Therapy Services treats patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, medicine, trauma, surgical, oncology populations.

Shift: Employee would work Monday through Friday, 0700-1530 (start time could be flexible up to 0800). Would be required to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) during a 4 week period, which would result in a day off the during the applicable week.

Certifications required: BLS, State Licensed

Guaranteed Hours: Yes, 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned

Special Requirements: Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies. Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed. Delegates to assistants and techs, through written and verbal communication including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient. Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
