Replenishment Coordinator (8am-4pm)

SUMMARY: To assist Bulk Storage Supervisor and Replenishment Lead to ensure replenishments are being completed efficiently and accurately each day, with a high emphasis on safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitor, train and coordinate all employees and temporary employees in replenishment cutting area.
• Proficient in all aspects of Ibod cutting machine and cutting area. 
• Document and report end of day productivity for all aspects of replenishments.
• Monitor workflow of Carton Making Area & Ibod Cutting Area, reporting any issues in a timely manner and  reporting end of day production numbers.
• Train employees to put away stock in all areas of Picking.
• Report problems to Supervisor and/or Lead and suggest problem resolution.
• Use Walkie Rider & Counterbalance to move product as needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Ability to lift 50 pounds;
• Ability to stand on concrete for 8 hours/day;
• Proven work record consisting of high productivity;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work well with others;
• Good attendance record;
• Ability to work overtime as required;
• Strong knowledge of picking and restocking functions;
• Knowledge of or ability to train on Company WMS and WMT systems.
• Walkie Rider and Counterbalance Certified

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Equivalent to at least a high school diploma and experience in Picking.
