The tasks and responsibilities include:Creating an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with both patients and their familiesServing as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic settingsMaking sound decisions in response to changes in condition/response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanorUtilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient careEffectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests and critical test valuesDepartment: NursingLocation: Englewood, NJStatus: Per diemShift: 12 hoursHours: 6:45a-7:15pJob Essentials: 3 year's MCH experience required and ability function independently in at least 2 of the MCH specialties, L&D, M/B, NICU or Peds. NICU and L&D Experience preferred.Education Requirements: BSN required.License/Certification/Registry: Current NJ RN License, ACLS, NRP and BLS. Int. FHM within 3 years.Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
