Radiology Technician

Overview CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology, Gardner, Massachusetts. Starts 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,623–$2,747 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: Rotating. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,623–$2,747 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Start date: 09/28/2026 Travel assignment in a hospital setting Responsibilities Conduct CT scans per physician orders; position patients and select imaging parameters to optimize diagnostic-quality images. Administer and monitor contrast materials per protocol; ensure patient safety and accurate documentation. Review physician orders for accuracy; verify exam type and requisition details; document reviews in the information system. Operate CT equipment, adjust computer programs and technical factors; ensure all data are accurately recorded on the final data sheet. Coordinate daily schedule and patient flow with Central Scheduling; ensure proper patient data entry into the electronic system and accurate charging. Maintain radiation safety, infection control, patient privacy, and a safe environment; respond promptly in emergency situations. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology. Licenses/Certifications: MA DPH Radiology License required; ARRT (CT) required within two years of hire; ARRT (R) preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year CT experience; Toshiba CT scanner experience a plus. Additional: Ability to work in a hospital setting with rotating shifts; strong attention to patient safety and image quality.
