Territory Business Manager Location: Cleveland, OH – candidate must be located in this area. Eligibility: U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only. Responsibilities Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks. Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals. Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities. Employ effective direct‑selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand. Operate in a changing health‑care environment, using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to customers. Coordinate and collaborate with field‑based personnel to proactively address customer needs. Use patient‑focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management. Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations. Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role, preferably in dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales. Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude. High sense of urgency and customer‑service orientation. Ability to travel as required by the territory (approximately 50% travel). Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture. Benefits and Compensation Annualized Salary Range (US): $85,000.00 – $144,100.00 Benefits: Retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with applicable plans.
