MLOps Engineer

Hi Job Title: AI/ML Architect / MLOps Architect Location: San Francisco ,CA Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Architect / MLOps Architect to design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and AI systems. This is a hands-on role focused on the complete ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and integration of Agentic AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML/MLOps pipelines using Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Kubeflow Pipelines, and Vertex AI Pipelines .
• Build automated data ingestion, transformation, validation, and feature engineering pipelines .
• Develop reusable and scalable feature engineering components using Python and containerization.
• Integrate AI Agents, Gemini/Generative Language API, and Agent Development Kit (ADK) to automate data-quality detection and remediation.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Training (CT) workflows using Vertex AI Pipelines and Cloud Scheduler.
• Implement experiment tracking for model parameters, metrics, and artifacts.
• Configure hyperparameter tuning using Vertex AI Training.
• Establish model versioning and centralized artifact management using Cloud Storage.
• Containerize ML models and dependencies using Docker and manage images through Artifact Registry .
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated ML model deployment.
• Deploy and manage production models using Vertex AI Endpoints for real-time, low-latency inference.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions using ADK and Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI/ML solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and MLOps .
• Expertise in Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Storage, and Artifact Registry .
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines .
• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents and Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) .
• Experience with Gemini / Generative Language API or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized ML workloads .
• Experience implementing CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines .
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or other major ML frameworks.
• Experience with model training, experiment tracking, hyperparameter tuning, model versioning, and model deployment .
• Strong understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices .
