Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of a small warehouse team managing industrial goods. Responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, staff supervision, and strict adherence to safety regulations, this role reports directly to the Regional Manager. The manager will coordinate logistics, fulfill orders accurately, and manage the budget, while supporting sales activities within the warehouse environment. No travel is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory control of industrial goods
- Sales-driven with strong customer service skills.
- Supervise and train a small warehouse team (1-5 members)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage order fulfillment processes efficiently
- Oversee budget management and cost control
- Support sales activities related to warehouse operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience
- Sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
