Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you excel in high-stakes environments and have a passion for neuro/trauma care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit. Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care for neuro/trauma patients, utilizing your skills with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains. This role requires flexibility, as you may need to float to the Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed.

As a critical member of the team, you will:

Provide specialized care for neuro/trauma patients in a 12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio Utilize EPIC charting for accurate and efficient documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Float to various units as needed to support patient care across the facility

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of acute critical care experience Level II trauma critical care experience required Current CA RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Previous traveler experience Need 2 years experience in setting
